Are "Bad Bosses Good"?
In very last week I met a young person who quit his job who has a story to tell just like many others in his generation "simply my manager makes my job miserable. According to Profit(2021) “A bad boss is the number one reason why employees quit their job”.
Boss
Managers who are in charge and supervise and lead employees to organizational goals
Managers, who control the micro-unit of an organization which consists of physical and human resources needed to operate and is part of the organizational management.
A person who possesses academic and practical knowledge of administration and operation is more like to become a manager. In addition to that, he must aware of professional aspects well as his employees most importantly.
How do the managers look at their employees? Just like people who are bound to perform any duty assigned to them for their salary or as part of the organization they work for and well as human beings.
Goal
In normal circumstances, the manager may achieve goals set by the organization by guiding employees with their commitment voluntarily or by authority. If an employee performs his duty only because of his responsibility and then there is a gap in what will happen employee performs his duty with his complete commitment and how far his productivity and efficiency will go up.
The way
Also, some of the managers may consider by their employees as “good managers” as he is willing to take care of their employees and cover although individual employee or teams may not achieve or perform well. In this instance, by management, this manager will be categorized as “failed”.
Wise versa by using his all authority on his employees' manager may achieve management goals and it may not match with employees and they may see the manager as “bad boss ” and may leave the job as they may fail to perform enough according to the manager, manager anyhow will achieve goals and in management, statics he performs well.
Then is it possible to become a “good boss” according to his employees and an effective and profitable manager according to management?

Probably yes. By understating his employee's talent, dedication, goals, attitude, responsibilities, capabilities, and as a person and applying the strategic application of organizational goals and matching them with the employee as much as possible.
So, in the context of making a profit, productivity, and achieving efficiency manager can lead his employees above discussed three approaches and may label as good or bad by his employees anyway.
Also, we have to consider that the chronic and situational blamers (managingemployees, 2016) out there, and some of them point out non-logical issues and may quit blaming the manager. In addition that they may quit covering their underperformance issues by set-up-to-fail ( (Casali, 2004) by the managers.
Finally to someone quit his job blaming the manager for his attitude and categorizing him as "Bad Boss”, just only because the manager asking to perform well and continue to do so is not acceptable.
And so maybe “bad bosses out there who are good”.

If an employee acts on his or her desire for it rather than out of his or her own responsibilities, it can have a greater effect. At that point, his or her mental level as well as attitudes should be good, and it is the boss's role and point of view that contribute strongly to changing all that.Very nice great article thank you.
